I'm assuming two flight crew, how many guys in the cabin?
As an aside, looks like the USAF has cancelled the Wedgetail and is going to concentrate on space-based systems. Not sure I agree with this one, but guys lots smarter (and making a lot more money) are making those decisions.

I don't believe they have capacity for more than 1 crew but they probably rest/rotate the guys/girls in the back

I wouldn't necessarily assume they are smarter...
 
According to the Saab descriptive brochure the aircraft can be equipped with upto 10x operator's stations, depending on mission requirements. So if less operator's stations are required they could carry extra crew, with upto 12x seats total not counting the cockpit crew.
