Some can tell me date of the first air to air combat for Blenheim fighter?
i'm talking of original fighter version
i knnewn that first air to air combat of Blenheim fighters with radar happened in july 1940

Hello Vincenzo
it's late here and I picked up the thinnest of my Blenheim books, the Osprey one. According to it, the first FC Blenheim fighter combat was on 5 Feb 40, when a Blenheim fighter on a radar calibration sortie shot down an He 111 and the first CC Blenheim fighter combat was on 9 March 40 when two Blenheims from 254 Sqn were damaged by a return fire from an He 111 while on fishery protection mission.
