Tht particular unit ws given a task that it thought was useless or redundant, The patch is its answer to the task "Same Old Bullshit"
"One last pump" refered to the change from the CH46 Sea Knight to the new Osprey...Getting the final measure of use from the "Frog" slang for CH-46

HMLA = Helicopter Marine Light Attack....usually refering to heavily armed "Huey's"
VMA....Vertical Marine Attack...in this case AV-8B "Harriers"
YR....Squadron Call letters
MWHS.....Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron
HMH....Helicopter Marine Heavy (lift) CH-53's
HMM...Helicopter Marine Medium (lift) Ch-46
