    Yea I agree, doesn'e look like it would be too difficult to build.

    Yes, I can make it myself but I was just curious to see if it's a commercial item or not.

    It is a commercial product, made by Victory Productions, there is a review on HyperScale. But, It looks like Victory Productions no longer produces this particular stand, although there are other similiar stands listed on Victory Models web site. As mentioned before, it wouldn't be that hard to make something like it.
