got my first glimpse of it, box art is of two aircraft in US liveries. Side by side with the Tamiya Mk IX offering

Spitfire Mk VIII - £115.00
Spitfire Mk IX - £103.00

so the Mk IX's jumped £4.00 since the last time I was in there

I've seen the ads, but not the kit. No doubt it'll be followed by a (high back) MkXVI from the same moulds, with another price hike.
