I have decided that I want to build a large scale tank for the first time since grade school (the Monogram 1/32nd Sherman) and have read that the 1/35th Tamiya Pather A is a good one to start with, so here it goes.
Try not to laugh too hard.

Great classic kit. Built one with my son not that long ago. Watch out for the tracks . On our kit they were very tight fit and bent out the front drive wheels. Looking good 👍

Nice 🎯. I enjoy building my little vehicles to park next to the planes. They don't have seems to fill. But weathering is mandatory

All the breakable bits have been attached to the turret and its ready for paint when I'm ready to start spraying. I bought the Vallejo German Armour paint set, so I'm finally going all in with acrylics. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I glued on the hull hatches and also added small, thin plastic sheet plates around the opening for the turret for the turret to ride on, so it does not scrape the paint off the hull when it rotates

Nice one Glenn.
I've built two of those early Tamiya kits, one back in 1969 and a second around 17 years ago. I added MAN pattern Zimmerit to the last one, using Milliput as the base.
Got a 1/48th scale Panther A waiting to be built when/if my hands start working.

Don't think I'll be doing zimmerit on this one Terry, maybe when I do a Tiger.
I love the way this kit is going together. The hull parts have been joined and all the small bits that I want on before I begin paint have been installed. A bit of sanding at the front and back where the hull parts are joined and I'll be painting.
