Hi,
Here is my latest model, it is a Tempest MkII from Eduard at 1/48, Profipack version.
Typically Eduard, very good with some bullshit. For example, I didn't like the molded pitot with the wing that I ended up breaking at the very end.
and replaced by syringe tubes or barrel inserts which they have not modified since the Tempest V and which are far from being great in terms of adjustment.
For the decals, I find them very good, easy to apply, easy to remove the film but a lack of density of certain colors which spoils the pleasure a little.
These Tempests were not in natural metal but painted in silver dope, Royal India Air Force decoration.
Alclad and Tamiya paints, Klir varnishes.
Having stupidly ruined the original exhausts that I had lovingly drilled, I therefore used Brassin parts.
Some photos, canopy closed and open.
Thanks for reading me,
see you soon for another built
