Nope, not even theoretically... The Luftwaffe was not producing as many aircraft per month as the Americans and Russians were producing in a week.... Its a simple math equation...1. If USAAF pilots had been allowed to fly as many missions as Luftwaffe pilots thier scores could have been theoretically as high as the highest Luftwaffe pilots.
