As a bit of trivia, somewhere in the former, undestroyed Ukraine was a business making model airplane engines. For some 20-25 years there were available engines known as Fora (brand) which were used in controlline combat as well as R/C racing. Super precision, super fast and super expensive. I had ordered two about 20 years ago but delays in production and great demand in the modeling world led to mine being cancelled. The engines I saw in person, and performing, were impressive.

Technically that doesn't require a human: That just means the Spectre would identify the threat and pass on targeting data in theory. Regardless, it seems likely that a person is needed to give the other.

Regardless, as long as they don't fit it with nuclear warheads, then we shouldn't be in danger of Skynet anytime soon

The Punisher's payload is about 4.4 pounds, not very likely that it can carry a nuke.

The U.S. Predator or Reaper, on the other hand...
