Flipping hvac system isn't working again.... Down to 59F in the house. Youngest kid is getting the fireplace cleaned off and going to toss in a fire log to help things a bit. Wife, who needs things cooler, is now back in bed with a heating pad on her feet.... I'm the one with the electric blanket going almost year round.

Snow started 20 minutes before we arrived. Good news is, it's powder. Bad news is, it's a whiteout when a semi goes by. 4 hours and then home

Thanks guys, just got in. Because of low visibility and blowing snow the trip home took an extra 20 minutes but still managed to average 100km/h. Only saw one incident. A tandem chip truck was coming onto the main highway from an on ramp and the idiot must have tried to beat traffic and banged gears. Once tires are spun, you....are....hooped. He slid backwards about a length and a half and jack-knifed into a berm

Got to love Texas weather. Left for work this morning and 30 F. 20 minutes later it is 25. The cold stuff will be here tomorrow. By Sunday or Monday we are back to 70 F.
