I was not being sarcastic Adler. I cannot translate it - you did that and I thank you. Now I can take it and cut/paste the images from the orginal into word and make that available (as I don't have Acrobat writer). It's all good!

I am going to rework the translation a bit. Here is the actual version (corrections are redlined) up to page 6. It should be better than the first one. I will submit the missing part over the next two weeks. (corrections are mostly details, but it could be important...)
