    Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I'm pretty impressed so far.

    I am looking for information on the procedures used by manufacturers in painting aircraft, especially the types and colors of primers that were used. I am mainly interested at this point in
    Navy aircraft, but all information would be helpful and interesting. Thank you.

    Andy, sometimes we gotta refer to that one before we start our builds. Good thing the only thing I have painted are the gear legs, and not too late to re-paint!
