I think this aircraft was just denied an airworthiness certificate by CAA.

That looked to almost be a major eff-up.

Yep - It was supposed to be a powered up taxi along the flight line. Certainly was powered up!

There are comments on Youtube that it was a middle finger salute to the CAA, but I have my doubts. Leaving the ground for a moment in a reasonable straight line is one thing. But the angle that that Victor rotated at and the skew, I think the guy was lucky to get it down, then back on the tarmac and then shut it down in time.

AC commanded throttle back and the copilot froze. AC had to take hands off the yoke to cut throttle.
