What are its dimensions, the span, chord? In other words, the length and width.

Here are the dimension 9x14x38 inches

Humm ... a quite small part. No hinges and pushrod but a shaft and a small mass balance. Also a lack of a tip. It looks like the part was of brown-red colour with white strips initially. The military aircraft don't have a such painting usually. It could be an elevator from a small civilian plane/chopper or a rudder for instance.

Thanks for your opinion....here is the add....

Up to the Bf 109E flaps were longer and had the metal "skeleton" fabric skinned. Beginning the Bf 109F the flaps became shorter of metal covering. The covering was riveted at the edges all around and had four or five rivet lines where the inner airfoils were. No pipe going through the entire part. What is more the Bf 109 even the early sub-types weren't used the kind of camouflage colours seen in the pics. And especially red-white painted flaps.

The length of the early Bf 109 flap was 2609,8mm = 102,75". The late Bf 109 had the length of the flap about 1430mm = 56,30".

BTW do you have the pic mentioned in the add?

Here the shots of Bf 109 flaps. The left one id the flap used for Bf 109A-E while the one on the right for late ones beginning the Bf 109F.

I agree that the late flap looks quite similar to the item in question but it is too short and probably too narrow at both endings. What is more the orginal flap of the Bf 109F/G/K didn't have any pipe/rod going through the part. Even if it would be the axis for rotating why it was screwed to the protruding airfoil at the one end? How the flap would be lowered up and down? IMHO that's the stumer and the add looks like a marketing gimmick but nothing more.

Thanks for your opinions thanks very much...!! There is a moving part this section of square aluminum part...moves freely

Ok ... here you have the flap details of the same G-2 kite you found. Does your flap have these? If not, it can't be the Bf 109F/G/K flap. And flaps don't need any trim tab or external mass balance.
