The B-2 was built to do various environment tests. That is why the name Fire and Ice. I don't think it is complete enough to be made serviceable. It is sort of like the Shuttle Enterprise.

The B-1 "Bone" is real. And can be brought back into service anytime the Air Force needs it. It is just in storage for now. The Air Force has some of the B-1s stored at Davis Monthan AFB. They are traded for the high time aircraft from time to time.

I think we should be building more of both the B-1 and B-2. Both are very good airplanes.
