The miniature C-54 Berlin Airlift Device clasp indicates 90 days consecutive service between 26 June 1948 and 30 September 1949.
t may be that the uniform has become brighter from the sun (UV light).
This one is post war too : prior to becoming US Air Force on september 18, 1947, and adopting the blue uniform, the US Army Air Forces were part of the Army and wore olive drab uniforms with relevant Air Force insignias and patches.Possible. But I found another similar uniform of U.S. WW2 Air Force Officers Major's Dress Uniform. All looks the same except the badges that aren't embroidered.

I don't know much about this matter.
The one with the Berlin is probably the one with the plane.
I would suggest a very, very faded WW2 victory ribbon. That would correctly mix with the precedence ahead of the occupation ribbon
