VERY Worthwhile Fundraiser Going On

From now through this weekend, Gaming4Guts (G4G) is hosting livestreams on Twitch to raise money for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. Last year, they raised quite a bit of money and this year, they are trying to hit a goal of $15,000(US).

The first streamer, currently on a bit early (because he is SO dedicated), is "whiskeyface." His stream is here:

It's a REALLY great cause. If you have, or have known anyone who has any of the types of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, you will know what a living Hell it puts its sufferers through. I have one of the LEAST of the types of disorders and am in awe of those who live every day with one of these. Come on over to Twitch. Watch, comment, spread the word, and donate if possible. It is VERY much appreciated.

Good to hear you're in such good health! You're indeed one of the lucky ones. If you, or anyone else here, either has or knows someone with an IBD, or if you're just supportive of those who do, please feel fee to join the Gaming4Guts Discord server. G4G Discord Server - LINK There are a bunch of great (mostly crazy), fun people on there, many of whom have been dealing with severe IBDs for many years. Everyone is welcome. Just tell them "Irish" sent you. Wait... Maybe not. You really don't want to start out with two strikes against you.

There are G4G streamers on Twitch.tv, who can also use any support you can give. I believe the G4G fundraiser links are even still open for another few days, in case you missed the fundraiser. Just do a search, on Twitch, for "Gaming4Guts," to find the livestreams and videos.
