Last weekend the OTT19 took place at the Hahnweide in Kirchheim Teck.

Loads of Heavy metal - P51, P-47, P-40, Me262, Spitfire, Sea Fury ...

I captured some footage - enjoy

I used to go OTT every year. It is great airshow. My highlight was seeing the Bf 109G and the Me 262 flying in formation together many years ago at Hahnweide. Amazing experience! I took these pics at Hahnweide back in 2011.

Very cool. I didn't know there was a 262 flying. That must have been a sight to behold.

There are two of them actually. One in the USA, and one in Germany. They are modern built replicas, however, and not powered by the original Jumo 004 engines. They, however, were built from the original plans and for this reason were given actual Werknummern that were approved by the Messerschmitt Stiftung in Germany. The Werknummern continued where the last 262 was built in 1945.
