Did the WarPac have any air launched anti ship missile capabilities in 1982?

Mainly talking not bombers. I know the big stuff had air launched ability.

Mainly to see if USSR had an Exocet equivalent.

Yes, Kh-35 can be called "Soviet Exocet" but it was completed after 1982.

There were Kh-58 and Kh-29 in 1982. Probably, the closest to Exocet.
