Hello, my first post in requesting identification (reason in my introduction post). Handwheel of some sort with lots of id numbers, diameter is 103 millimeters.

W9a is the cover of an electrical terminal box. A very common item not unique to the Wellington. Sorry I can't help with the other items.
Thank you, being an Ex RN gunner I'm unfamiliar with all things Aircraft related so even general description is much appreciated.
 
Presumably more electrical related items.

Yes it appears that the W15s are the remains of electrical terminal boxes. They typically consisted of two halves as can be seen in the photos posted by Wurger.
