That's an easy one... They need to write a three page letter about what they did last week, including as much detail as possible. The caveat is that it must be translated and presented in hieroglyphics in a power point presentation as well as read aloud to the class in Swahili. That ought to keep them busy for a couple of days at least.

Same thing at work last night...Winblows update along with all the internal security stuff... almost 2 hours to get to the login screen. Logged in and then couldn't connect to the various networks I need, for another 30 minutes. Blew half the shift waiting on that stupid laptop. Wish they would allow Linux as an entire OS update takes less than 10 minutes, even on my 2009 desktop at the house.

I luckily don't have the windows update problems as I moved to Linux even before windows 7…
What annoyed me today: the public transport app for Helsinki. On Saturday I fly to Helsinki and as preparation I installed the HSL app for public transportation. Phone verification did not work, only when I disconnected from WiFi it suddenly worked
same with linking a payment option. I had to open the bank app, but the message never came through. Shitty programming work.
On my son 's Android everything worked though….

I am getting fed up with the "autostall" feature on my car. Some yayhoo who apparently has never driven a car in rush hour traffic thought "Ya know? Wouldn't it be cool if every time a car stopped the engine would just automatically shut off? Think of the energy we could save!" Except there is no set time for the autostall feature to kick in. You could stop at a light and the engine keeps running, or you could tap your brakes lightly and ... nothing.
