What size mg?Me323. Massive cargo on temporary grass fields cheap to make, easy to fix could be heavely armed with mg. Enormous entry door for bulk cargo.

I love the at-6Very under-appreciated, without them you have no pilots, and no combat at all. Plenty of British pilots were trained in USAAF schools too (or at least US civil schools which were later certified by the USAAF to provide basic military instruction).

Fairey Fulmar. The all time top scoring FAA fighter, but still considered rubbish by many. Yes, it's not going to win in dogfights against single seat, monoplane fighters, and a clean B5N will outpace the Brit, but if you're flying an unescorted multi engine torpedo strike aircraft like a SM.79 Sparviero, He.111 or Mitsubishi G4M, you don't want an eight gun Fulmar on your tail.What is one plane that is underappreciated for how effective it was in combat?
