Nope. That's the Standard Aircraft Corporation J-1 also known as the Standard J. Quite similar to the Curtiss "Jenny" but different though. It was powered with the Hall-Scott A-7a engine and therefore the engine cowling was of different shape.. Also if you have a close up look at the landing gear you may notice the difference in location of the attaching points to the fuselage. Additionally the wing tips got the different shapes for both planes.
