Well at low-medium speeds the Fw-190...at higher speeds the P-38L. Not sure on a top 10 though...

According to Eric Brown at most speeds the He-162, except for very low speeds.

Thats a point lanc, biplanes. The CR.42 and Gladiator must have had great roll rates. But if were talking monoplanes only then the Series 0 Italian fighters (MC.200, G.50, Re-2000) would be up there too.
Id go with the Fw-190, Spit XIV, P-47N, and P-38.

well remember CC this has to be for 1945 so the CR.42 and gladiator are out.......

1945 would be the Spitfire XXI! Best roll rate was the Fw-190D, nothing could beat it at most speeds. The P-38L was up there for high speeds. Spitfire XXI had an impressive roll. P-47N with them too. I imagine the Me-163 would be pretty impressive at rolling, along with the He-162.
I agree with you on this and the Me-163 had very very good roll performance at high speeds.
