Berlin 1945 a picture of the reichskanzlei (chancellery).

Can anybody tell me is this a Soviet or German tank , and what type is it ?

The picture was taken on the Voss-Strasse outside the Mittelbau .... it is the German sturmgeschütz ( the self-propelled gun ) called briefly Stug and of type III . It looks like a training rearmed StuG III Ausf. E.
