I can't tell you the type of Spad shown. For that I'd need a better view of the rudder,the serial or ideally a caption saying Spad S.VII or Spad S.13. In any event here is a definite Spad S.VII in German markings. This machine B1588 belonging formerly to 19 Squadron RFC.



Its from a photo album currently on ebay as are these two photos to wet the appetite of anyone interested. There are many more photos of this standard.
