WW2 era Japanese plane parts

Hi Gents ,
Have this (what ive been told is ) WW2 japanese body part and wondering if anyone has any idea, i collect Japanese so know the stencil characters that can be read say


最大緩衝 – Maximum shock absorbing (point)
地上静止 – Standing on the ground (point)

Cant see any company/kanji stamps. Any help would be greatly appreciated
