To the best of my knowledge at this time, I would have to
say no. The only 37 mm armed Yak-9 was the T version.
By the time the Yak-9M came along in 1944 it was just
barely a stop-gap fighter. Its performance had fallen
considerably behind the Fw 190 and Bf 109. And then
you have to consider all the modifications that would
have to be made to accommodate the large airborne
canon, heavier steel tubing in the front structure, new
propeller and hub to accommodate the barrel and
rearrangement of the oil tank, fuel ducting and more.
