1/48 ki-61 Tony

[F-104nut]

Fresh off the bench the awesome Tamiya Ki-61 Tony. For paints I used Tamiya LP , Mr color , Tamiya Acrylics . Weathering was oil washes . I only had 3 lifelike decals to add. I masked and airbrushed the white stripe, Hinomarus , anti walking areas , walking skids, and yellow identification on the leading edge .

I have an old Tamiya 1/50 Ki.61. I also have a couple of UPC 1/50 F-86D. And some of the SMER kits are 1/50, too. Probably be a real challenge to come up with a diorama for all of that.
