The Airfix kit is based on an old mould, and not as good, overall, as the Tamiya kit. Haven't seen the Special Hobby kit, or a review, so can't comment.
If you want to make it a MkVc (and I'm fairly sure it probably is a 'C'), then it's fairly easy to add the gun cover blisters, and the cannons.
If it was me, I'd at least add the cannons, as they are very noticeably different in profile to the earlier Hispanos, and leave the rest 'as is'
Resin, or turned brass cannons are not too expensive, and are easy enough to fit, and make a huge difference to the overall appearance.
Here's a pic of the early, turned brass items, in 1/32nd scale, which I fitted to my Hasegawa MkVb in the last GB..
