Been feeling a bit rough, with this cold, to do any delicate work, so just got on with some of the menial tasks, such as reducing the prominence of the rivets over the entire airframe.
Hopefully I'l get back to some decent work tomorrow.

This darned cold has floored me, as my immune system is very weak at the moment, due to lack of meds, and I have no energy.
Hopefully, sometime after May 10th, I should start on the new meds, which should show a great improvement.
Meanwhile, I'm doing what I can, when I can, on the model.
 
If its a cold you're suffering from, I remember a Russian remedy that seemed to help. Of course you have probably heard them all. They scrub raw garlic on toast and eat it. The garlic is known to kill the common cold germ on contact. Of course others may leave you alone to heal too.

Tried garlic, honey, Scottish White Wine, you name it - it seems to be abating, but still feel rough and tired.
Damned winter weather isn't helping either - heavy rain, and snow - at the end of April ??!!
Something wrong with the seasons methinks !

BTW.. I remember a snowstorm on May the 1st.

Back in the 1970's, I remember rough camping in the hills in June. Got under my little 'basha', and woke up next morning with about 150 mm of snow on the poncho !
 
A little bit more to show. Slow work, as the small pieces insisted on 'pinging' at least four times !

PIC 1. The kit seat was cut down, with the seat base thinned and a bottom section added, whilst the back rest was shortened and fitted to the bulkhead. The seat base has supports from plastic rod, 'welded' at the joints with the seat itself, and the 'quilted padding' has again been made from the textured foil from the pain killer tablet packaging.
PICS 2 and 3. All 'padding' added, and the support brackets for the ammunition rack (which will be empty), and the shelf for the Mk.XIV bomb sight computer. The small 'blocks' at the front of the nose compartment, on the starboard side, are where the front of the repeater instrument panel will locate, which, along with the computer and the sight itself, are in the process of being made.

I hope to get the parts made, and the nose section painted, over the weekend.
