I was able to sneak in one more spray job before my paint area is disassembled. Also my 1/72 Fujimi D3A1 Val has arrived from Canada a la Canadian Post in record breaking time AND NO exorbitant fees!!!!! So far all the other "foreign" countries won't ship to me so this shop in Canada has become my "go to" shop! That may change some day....maybe.....I hope but I will still deal with this shop as they seem to have some "oldy moldy" stuff I like.

Last spray job, IJN dark green. Still needs brown mottled spots but that will have to wait as the paint booth is no longer available and I am about to pack the last of the paints for the trip.

I have arrived at my new residence in western Massachusetts, about a mile from my home town, close counts. The only kits so far I have laid hands on are an un open Fujimi Val and an un open Hasegaswa A-1H Skyraider. This is a smaller place than FL but I have this cool shed in my back yard, if only I could heat it it would be an EXCELLENT man cave! LOL. A lot of my "stuff" is either still boxed or MIA

To be clear, I was implying burning hamster waste ("pellets") and not hamsters.
I had a hamster and his name was Algernon. Hence my familiarity with the pellets…and those little guys crank out lotsa' pellets.

I have 2 kits ,un started, a 1/72 Fujimi Aichi Model 11 Val and a 1/72 Hasegawa A-1H Skyraider. I lost a lot and have no idea where they went. No in progress kits are here, I lost my 1/24 '73 Roadrunner finished kit and my HO scale diesel engines. I do have all my tools, paint brushes. sanding sticks, a couple Tamiya tape rolls, no glue, no paint no thinners. I just started reordering Vallejo paints. I have no table or work area to speak of. I did see some MA ANG F-15Cs last week doing fly overs on night maneuvers but that is their last hurrah as MA ANG base 35 miles east of me will send those to the bone yard next month and supposedly pick up 20 new F-35A Lightning IIs. So I did buy a new kit for that option. It'll be a while before I even attempt to start a build, still have lots of painting, filling holes the old dude made in the walls, only a 4 year old place but he did nothing but damage. Oh well.

A bit of putty on the wall, take a break, a bit of putty on a model, repeat. Sucks that some have gone missing. Hopefully they show up

Started with the putty and paint on the bedroom yesterday when I heard a yell from my wife at the front door. Had a visitor in the shape of an early ephemerella on the screen door. I guess after I finish the painting I may try out my new Orvis 9' fly rod. The good news is my Vallejo paints, thinner and glue should be in this Friday, now to find a table to work on.

Paints came in early, it's a meager start. I also have a 34 by 34 folding table to start with, sorta like going back to 1967, now all I need is a Revell 1/72 B-17.
