Hi folks,

Here's another soft body build of a ubiquitous WW2 vehicle. It's quite a straightforward build with a minor amendment of filling the tires, as these were strangely molded with one side missing!? Details are quite good and is just begging for dressing up with accessories.

Paints used were Tamiya and Mr Hobby and weathering was done with Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color and Mr Hobby Weathering Pastel colors. Dry brushing with Mr Metal Color and colored pencils.

Another lovely little kit to help give scale to WW2 builds.

Keep building and keep safe...

Much thanks kind sirs.

I was wondering if anyone has built the 1/76 Airfix DUKW? And how it compares to this Italeri Kit? Looking at on-line references, it looks like it has more accessories, like the .50 cal ring mount and tarp cover.

Adik!
The bomb laden DUCK is great companion to bomb-readied aircraft - diorama, thats it!!!
