Hello everybody
I must apologize… I don't write often on the forum but I always go to the news (specially modlelling) and I was always interested in WW2 airwar. I am registered as wll on Broitmodeller and Hyperscale for 40 years.
I must tell a little bit about me; as well, I'm a crazy modeller since I was 13 old and now I'm going to 75 … I never went off 72 scale since spring 1969…
I saw Bustedwing's Me-109 G-10 and, this time, I didn't resit to sent you my recent Me-109 on a small diorama.
It's the 109 G-6 from Eduard , with Wf.Gr.21 weapons added under wings ; I did the own plane of Hermann Graf Ace (born 1912 , died 1988 , 212 victories)
A I found interesting B/W photos of him, I decided to reproduce a little dio with him on a BMW motorcycle sidecar; I had to reproduce a 72 scale of him by cutting figures in 8 parts to reproduce the sitting pilot… Hard "surgery"…. I found as well pictures of him with his dog so I imagined the "blackmen" maintaining his dog while he was photographed.
To end this text, few people know that he was an early football player and he even leaded the captain Lufwaffe's Football team's captain; imagine the power of this propaganda action…See….
