Didn't VVS use the number '13' on their jets, trying to find a MiG-21, but no luck....every number around it, but no '13'!
Maybe better luck with '113' etc., etc...
So far I've tracked down a Cuban MiG-21F-13, Red 13 but I can't find a photo of it. Several books to go.
Romanian MiG-21F-13, #13, no color give. Again no photo. I went through this book...
...it's almost 723 pages long and lists all the MiG-21 operators and their aircraft in this form. I believe the first column, serial numbers refers to the nose numbers...

I seem to remember hearing somewhere, that the VVS didn't use the '13', which is interesting, as there were a few taildraggers with that number, so why not the MiG-21 and other jets?
