B-26B-15-MA Marauder, 41-
31613 (386th BG, 555th BS, 9th AF) shot down by AAA over Bernkastel, Germany on the 18th of November 18 '44 and crashed near Kempfled, Germany. 5 crew KIA, 2 bailed out and one was killed when his parachute failed to open, the other was captured and became POW.
 
Martin B-26B-25-MA Marauder, 41-31813 (454th BS, 323rd BG, 9th AF) in taxiing accident at Denain/Prouvy A-83 Valenciennes, France on the 19th of March '45. All crew survived, but aircraft was destroyed.
 
Martin B-26B-30-MA Marauder, 41-31913 (452nd BS, 322nd BG, 9th AF) crashed during wheels-up belly landing at RAF Gosfield Airfield, Essex, England on the 23rd of July '44. All crew survived, but aircraft was destroyed.
 
Martin B-26B-35-MA Marauder, 41-32013 (387 BG, 559th BS, 9th AF) shot down by Fw 190A-6 believed flown by Oblt Josef Wurmneller of JG 2/9 20 km N of Knokke, Belgium off the coast of Holland on the 25th of February '44. All 9 crew killed.
 
Martin B-26C-5-MO Marauder, 41-34713 (454th BS, 323rd BG, 9th AF) hit by bomb dropped from above by another B-26 over Saint Omer airfield, France and crashed on the 23rd of November '43. All 5 crew killed.
 
Curtiss P-40E-1, 41-36113 to RAF as ET759. To SAAF as 5009. Crashed at Isipingo on the 19th of June '44.

Lockheed A-29-LO Hudson, 41-37013 to RAF as FH212 then to Australia as A16-234. Lost in Arafura Sea on a flight from Darwin on the 30th of July '42 while with 2 Sqdn.
 
Douglas A-26B-20-DL Invader, 41-39213 (668th BS, 416th BG) shot down by AAA over Worms, Germany on the 15th of March '45. Crew KIA.

[Censor no.] Printed caption on reverse has been heavily amended by censor, omissions are shown in parenthesis: AMERICA'S <<"RED DEVIL">> FLYERS. USP/2247-6. Squadron commander Major Sherman Beaty of Hoquiam, Washington strikes a pose beside his ship, 'Son of Satan', his pilots have their ships 'Hell's Angels', 'Hell's Fury', 'Hell's Belle', 'Hell's-a-Poppin', 'Nemo' and others. Their motto is "Give the Axis hell and get home".'
