Good eye Wojtek. it wasn't until a further search on the aircraft that I found that out

As memo serves there is a couple of other images of her. Also the GC 1/145 was the only Polish squadron in France that reached the operational readiness as a unit.

Here still with the Polish national insignia on the fuselage.

Looks like the Polish insignia has been cut off as a trophy in the photo I posted, was wondering about that

RR guys certainly weren't a superstitious lot

Apparently not! A story went around our offices years ago about the newest building we were occupying, it apparently had a 13th floor marked as such. Not unheard of but still rather uncommon, anyway one of the bigwigs office was supposed to be on that floor. He threw a hissy fit supposedly and had them move the entire department two floors up which of course caused rebuilds on 2 different floors and cost a small fortune all so he would not be on the 13th floor.
