13's....

It says that (on Pinterest) the leading tanks are Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf D's and the following two are Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf H's....
So, what I think is a '13', is it possible to somehow, confirm that she's a IV D?



 
Judging by the shape of the rear fenders and the place the box is attached at I would say the "13" and the "33" are the Panzer IVs. however if these were of the D variant it is quite difficult to state if you don't see the front of the vehicles. But we can assume these were the Aufs D.
