Grumman OV-1C Mohawk 67-18913 (73rd Aviation Company 210th Combat Aviation Battalion 12th Aviation Group 1st Aviation Brigade) crashed in bad weather into mountain at Gia Ray, Long Khanh Province, South Vietnam on the 18th of July '69. Both crew killed.
 
Cessna O-2A-CE Super Skymaster 68-11013 (MSN 337M-0289). On civil register as N64675 with Alabama Aviation & Technical College, Ozark.
 
Boeing-Vertol CH-47C Chinook 68-15813 (B-525) accepted by the US Army on the 30th of August '68. Assigned to 213th Assault Support Helicopter Company, Vietnam "Black Cats" Dec68-Mar70. Assigned to C Company, 159th Assault Support Helicopter Battalion Jul70-Oct71. Assigned to B Company, 159th Assault Support Helicopter Battalion Nov71-Dec71. Assigned to 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell Dec72-. Rebuilt as CH-47D and reserialed 83-24113.
 
Hughes OH-6A Cayuse 68-17313 (MSN 1273) assigned to B Company, 123rd Aviation Battalion, 23rd Infantry Division Warlords in April '70. Accident on the 12th of May '70, South Vietnam.
 
Bell OH-58A Kiowa 69-16113 (MSN 40334) Delivered to US Army in May '70. D Troop, 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Infantry Shamrock Nov70-Dec71. Modified to OH-58C(RG). Crashed in Iraq on the 18 of February '91. Both crew killed.

Hiller OH-23G Raven 62-3813 (MSN 1461) B Company Warlords, 123rd Aviation Battalion. Combat damaged on the 8th of April '68, 10km SW of Quang Ngai City, Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam when the aircraft was hit by small arms fire in the swashplate and flight controls, crashed and burned [2KIA:1WIA]. One of those killed was the door gunner, Glenn Andreotta, who received posthumous awards for his part in stopping the My Lai massacre March 16, 1968.
 
McDonnell F-4C-18-MC Phantom 63-7513 (MSN 526) modified as EF-4C Wild Weasel flak suppression aircraf. Assigned as ground trainer at ANG Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, MS. Currently preserved in Gulfport, Mississippi
 
McDonnell F-4C-20-MC Phantom 63-7613 (MSN 693) with 557th TFS, 12th TFW shot down by ground fire near Thon Cam Son, North Vietnam on the 16th of September '66. Crew rescued by helicopter.
 
McDonnell F-4C-21-MC Phantom 63-7713 (MSN 863) with 12th TFW, 557th TFS shot down over North Vietnam on the 5th of July '68. Both crew ejected but KIA.
 
Boeing/Vertol CH-47A Chinook 63-7913 (B-67) accepted by the US Army on the 29th of August '64. Assigned to 133rd Assault Support Helicopter Company. Assigned to B Company, 228th Assault Support Helicopter Battalion "Longhorn". Accident on the 29th of January '66 5 miles north of Phu Cat, South Vietnam. The forward transmission froze in-flight while transporting a sling load of JP-4 fuel and the aircraft crashed inverted. The entire crew of five perished in the crash.
 
Bell OH-13S-BF Sioux 63-9213 (MSN 3099) B Troop 1st Squadron 9th Cavalry Regiment 1st Cavalry Division landed hard due to collective pitch control failure in South Vietnam on the 24th of August '66. Pilot rescued, helicopter DBR.
