Bell OH-13S-BF Sioux 64-15313 (MSN 1822) Delivered to US Army in October '65. D Troop, 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry, 4th Infantry "Shamrock" to April '67. Combat damaged on the 17th of February '67 in the Plei Trap valley, South Vietnam; the aircraft crashed and was destroyed.
 
Bell OH-13S-BF Sioux 64-15413 (MSN 3281) crashed in South Vietnam when lost power and fell to the ground and fuel tank exploded on the 21st of September '67. Crew uninjured, helicopter destroyed.

McDonnell F-4E-32-MC Phantom 66-0313 (MSN 2528) credited with shooting down MiG-19 over North Vietnam on the 6th of October '72. To Israel in October 1973, Nickel Grass. As 331 with Israeli Defense Force Air Force. Assigned as ground tainer at Holtz Technical School, Tel Aviv, Israel. Preserved as gate guard at Ramon AB with fake serial 119 in Jul 2012.

Restored on the 8th of February '12 as N173AC, to Erickson, Inc.; current [June '18].
Crashed on the 28th of January '19 into a reservoir near Jericho, Victoria, Austria during water uplift for fire fighting operations. Crew swam to shore and are OK.

Destroyed on ground on the 26th of February '69 at Cu Chi Army Airfield, Saigon, South Vietnam by North Vietnamese Army 3rd Sapper Battalion attack using satchel charges and rocket propelled grenades.
A total of 9 Chinooks were destroyed; another 3 airframes received major damage and 2 airframes had minor damage. After a few parts were salvaged, the remains were buried by bulldozers.
