Lockheed C-130E-LM Hercules 62-1813 (MSN 382-3775, 16th TAS) collided with T-37 59-0322 NE of Little Rock AFB, Arkansas on the 18th of February '72.
All 5 onboard the C-130 were killed. The 2 crewmembers of the T-37 ejected safely.

To National Military Heritage Museum, Saint Joseph, Missouri.
 
Boeing KC-135A-BN Stratotanker 62-3513 (MSN 18496) converted to KC-135R and named "Heavy Metal" with 22nd ARS June '01.
Active in September 2018 with 101st Air Refuelling Wing Maine Air National Guard.
 
Hiller OH-23G Raven 62-3813 (MSN 1461) B Company Warlords, 123rd Aviation Battalion.
Combat damaged on the 8th of April '68 10km SW of Quang Ngai City, Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam when the aircraft was hit by small arms fire in the swashplate and flight controls, crashed and burned [2KIA:1WIA].
One of those killed was the door gunner, Glenn Andreotta, who received posthumous awards for his part in stopping the My Lai massacre on the 16th of March '68.

Sold in US as N444SJ in 1990.

McDonnell F-4C-20-MC Phantom 63-7613 (MSN 693) with 557th TFS, 12th TFW shot down by ground fire near Thon Cam Son, North Vietnam on the 16th of September '66.
Crew rescued by helicopter.
