Republic P-47D-21-RA Thunderbolt 43-25513 83rd FS (HL-R), 78th FG, 8th AF, Duxford, Station 357; Mid air collision on the 1st of July 1944 with wingman P-47D 43-25588 after taking off in a strong crosswind at Duxford.
Both pilots killed.
 
Republic P-47D-21-RA Thunderbolt 43-25613 466th FS, 508th FG, 7th AF, Mokuleia Field, O'ahu, TH; Crash landed on the 30th of January 1945 at Kahuku Field, TH.
Pilot survived, aircraft badly damaged, unknown if repaired.
 
Lockheed P-38J-15-LO Lightning 43-28813 (95th FS, 82nd FG, 15th AF) shot down by AAA 6 mi N of Porto Marghera, Italy, on the 13th of July 1944.
Pilot bailed out and became POW.

W/O on the 19th of March 1960 when it struck Los Mellos Hill in Colombia on approach to a closed Medellin-Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport after engine problems.
3 of 4 crew killed, 22 of 42 passengers killed.
 
Curtiss C-46E-1-CS Commando 43-47413 originally delivered to USAAF on the 16th of July 1945 for the Chinese government but NTU.
To RFC Oct 30,1945.
Sold to Slick Airways as N59485 Nov 29, 1945.
Crashed 4 km NW of Cheyenne, WY Oct 9, 1949.
Aircraft had been diverted from Denver to Cheyenne because of bad weather but lost control on approach and crashed 2.5 mi short the airport.
All 3 onboard killed.

Returned to USAAFon the 5th of September 1944 in exchange for aircraft with glider pick up gear.
