Whilst with 8 CU it suffered a forced landing at Tadji, Papua New Guinea 05/45 and was converted to components.
Recovered by Charles Darby and Monty Armstrong in 1974.
On display at Museum of Army Aviation, Oakey QLD
Fitted with the cockpit of A9-210 also recovered from Tadji.
Acquired by Australian National Air Museum, Moorabbin 07/2011
