Now, can two aircraft have the same serial numbers? I'm asking because I found this for Lancaster B.III, PB413!
Date on the first occasion, 2nd of November 1944, RCAF 405 Sqn, it was written off (damaged beyond repair it says) at RAF Gransden Lodge, due to damage by flak and it crashlanded.

Second one is on this date, 5th of April 1945, this is a Lancaster B.I, also PB413! This lass is flying with the 617 Sqn. She was also written off (again, damaged beyond repair), this though, was due to overshooting at landing, where it swung and the undercarriage collapsed.
This happened at RAF Lossiemouth...!

Confused.com!

Found a Halifax II, HR813, No. 405 Squadron, crashed in the vicinity of Sabre (Brabant), Belgium, on the 24th of June '43, target was Wuppertal.

Avro Lancaster B.I, R5913, No. 83 Squadron, crashed in the vicinity of target on the night of the 28th of February 1943, target was St. Nazaire.

Avro Lancaster B.I, ED313, No. 83 Squadron, was homebound when shot down by nightfighter at Sogny-en-L'Angle, 37 km southwest of Chalons-sur-Marne.

Possible Typo somewhere?

Possibly Wayne found more on the No. 405 Squadron bird.

Hit by flak near Krefeld, wounding F/O Hannah (RCAF) in neck and back. F/L Martin took over the controls and flew the Lancaster back to East Anglia. Repeated Darkie calls were made and eventually Debden in Essex responded and it was here that the forced landing were made at 22.45. In the confusion F/S Perini (RCAF) had baled out over enemy territory.
Sadly, F/O Hannah died of his wounds on the 27th of Januay 1945.

Avro Lancaster B.III, ND813, crashed after midair explosion, Lezennes Ronchin, suburbs of Lille, which was the target.

Dehavilland Mosquito IV, DZ413, of No. 105 Squadron, due to attack naval store depot in Rennes, it collided with another Mosquito and crashed in the area.

Edit: Mission Rennes. To attack a naval stores depot. Collided with DZ 365 and crashed in target area.
All aircraft took off at at 1645 hours. Seven aircraft successfully bombed target from heights varying from 50 to 800 feet. Clouds of smoke and debris seen in target area, which was severly damaged. One aircraft unable to bomb on first run up, circled and bombed from 800'. Smoke seen from distance of 20 miles, visibility being very good. One aircraft abondoned task over target, owing to leading aircraft's bombs exploding just as aircraft was in run up to target. W/Cdr. Longfield led the formation, and owing to a navigational error, turned sharply, causing a collision with the second aircraft, piloted by F/O. Kimmel. The W/Cdr's aircraft was seen to crash out of control, and F/O. Kimmel's aircraft was seen to bee losing height with a glycol leak, apparently under control."
