Did this plane have stalling issues or problems with its wing span? I vaguely remember reading about it years ago.
Yes sir. The Mitsubishi MU-2B-26A is a high-performance turboprop with a history of safety incidents stemming from its challenging flight characteristics, high pilot workload, and specific structural issues. Known for its, high wing loading and small wing area, it requires precise handling, particularly in icing conditions and during single-engine, low-speed operations.

English Electric Canberra B2, WH713, was powered by two Bristol Siddeley Olympus turbojets....

October 1944 footage from the Battle of Leyte Gulf shows Wildcats finding a landing spot after their carrier was bombed,
only to discover the hard way that the airstrip wasn't yet operational.
(The carriers CVL-23, CVE-73, and CVE-63 were all lost at the battle.)

Now, which carrier did this Wildcat call home, USS St. Lo (CVE-63), USS Gambier Bay (CVE-73) or USS Princeton (CVL-23)?

Those tail '313's should be Yellow Jan.

The Corsairs mentioned in the top photo of the previous post are Goodyear FG-1Ds NZ5610 and NZ5613. NZ5607 is also discernable on right. (Photographed at Jack Asplin's yard, Rukuhia)
