SBD-5 Dauntless of the VB-16 (13) flies an antisubmarine patrol low over the USS Washington (BB-56) en route to the invasion of the Gilbert Islands on November 12, 1943....


IMHO that could be "10", Jan. If it would be "13" the second digit of the number on the front of the engine cowling would look different with the angle. But I'm not sure fully.
