Nimen Hao!
(I do not have the characters defined here, it has to be in pidjin)

Hi guys, I'm portuguese, not chinese.
I speak a little chinese, had to stop studying it 2 years ago, because I was sent abroad, and couldn't go to classes. But I want to start again now, and I would love to have some place to practice.

Are you guys going to set a chinese thread?

Cheers!

.....sorry for my bad english and some misleading
"内牛满面的鹿过"is wrong,it should be"泪流满面的路过",
≈I have read through this thread and amazing to see other people from china
Sorry I can't express accurate meaning by English

Hello, ACUMV.
Is it "Shedding tears of deep emotion, he goes on the road filled with the crowd"?

I think you have a good sense of poem.
Please go on.

Oh, it's simple!
泪流满面的路过...
I cry...
Or, Shedding tears of deep emotion, I(or he) go...

Er........there·s some different ,not really cry, that·s rhetoric.
"内"pronounce about same as"泪" and 牛=流,路=鹿:
However that·s not poem, just some statement only used on Internet

An old friend of my fathers was stationed in Japan at the end of the war...He went on to teach music at "NYU". He was a very interesting and nice man...and he fell in love with Japanese culture because of his time their.

I don't think my story came out very well... But thanks for the comment!

My uncle informed me that he got married to his Japanese girlfriend in Tokyo 2 weeks ago, he didn't tell anyone about it before he went, so now I have a Japanese auntie (Yoshiko, a gorgoeus woman!) who is 2 years younger than me!

Thanks, ACUMV, for your kind explanation about the Chinese phrase.
At high school in Japan, we learn the ancient Chinese literature, mainly poem.
So, every sentence may look poem.

You are welcome, proton45!
I believe your father had many good friends with good understanding both cultures.
That is great.

Hi, muller!
Congratulations for your uncle!
I want to know how to catch the heart of young girls

Oh, the meaning of the attached poem -
A boy gets old soon before he learns anything well.
So, we must try to study hard every day.
Writen by Chu Hsi.
