About to watch Canada v Bosnia

[DerAdlerIstGelandet]

Not sure who I want to win. On one hand I really like our über-friendly neighbors to the north. On the other hand I love Bosnian food, especially Civapcici and Ajvar, and we have the largest Bosnian population in the USA here where I live, and two friends of mine are Bosnian.

Hmmmm decisions, decisions…

Maple Syrup or Civapcici?

The stadium looks like an English Premier league stadium.

Canada for me, just because Alanis Morrisette sang the Anthem

How bizarre is this? On my phone app, "theScore" which I use for all my MLB and NHL scores, has a graphic showing game play in real time or close to it.....

wow !

[DerAdlerIstGelandet]

Canada the better side, but only 1:1.

[DerAdlerIstGelandet]

Canada 1:1 Bosnia

Canada was the better side, and would have deserved a win. Just couldn't make the best of their chances.

[fubar57]

I'll take the first ever draw as a win....for now

[herman1rg]

I think Cape Verde will win it (that's who I got in the office sweepstake)

USA 4:1 Paraguay

Impressive win by the US. Paraguay is not a powerhouse, ranked 44 in the world, but they are the kind of team that can cause an upset. US handled it nicely.

Gold question: which team do you think will get Silver medal?

IMHO: the US!
