This one is very well researched and he not only covers the accidents but what became of the survivors from each accident. A large percentage perished in combat later in the war - sometimes only a short time later.

Shipping on books is starting to get way out of hand. Just tried to order a book from France. Book was 31 Euro, but shipping to the US, cheapest method was 34 Euro... Finally found a copy of the book here in the US and it was only $13 to ship.

Yeah, you have to watch out for shipping/postal costs

Oddly enough, I subscribe to an Australian aviation journal, and postage to US takes weeks (then so does a lot of domestic mail today via the US Postal "Service"), but it's part of the modest subscription. One copy went astray, and they sent another ... costing more for postage as for a year's subscription!
