I think the operational usage for something like that is going to be EXTREMELY limited, if at all.... There are winged flying suits in use now that allow u to travel in excess of 40 miles from drop point....

The amount of time and money that it would cost to train individuals to operate it would be insane... Just to train someone for a HALO qual takes weeks...
